Justin Taylor is an experienced and motivated professional with exceptional leadership, account management, and customer relations skills. He is currently the Director of Customer Engagement at Operix, where he has been instrumental in the company's growth. Justin has over nine years of experience in the service industry, with a focus on small and large commercial accounts management. He has a proven track record of success, having grown the service department more than double its size, over quadrupled service program contracts, and increased the annual revenue of the service department.
Before joining Operix, Justin worked as a Lead Service Coordinator at LC Anderson, where he managed small and large accounts, estimated and reported repairs to facility managers/owners, and built effective customer relations. He also oversaw dispatching of technicians based on skills needed for repair, priority of customer and weather conditions, and supervised and planned all aspects of repairs to meet the highest standards.
Justin is a highly organized and effective communicator, with outstanding problem-solving skills. He is an exceptional trainer and mentor, having trained and mentored all new service operations employees at LC Anderson.
